My specialty is a Swedish style Ayurvedic massage where my hands move slowly to harmonize with your body and spirit. I take time to tune into your energy at the beginning of the massage with gentle flowing strokes. This allows us both to be completely present during your massage and dive into a healing experience to help you overcome anxiety, pain, and stress.
I use my gift for touch in my own style usin and other modalities (Reflexology, Therapeutic, Acupressure). I also have a magical set of hot jade stones to melt away anything you hold in your shoulders, back, and other areas. If you prefer more pressure, I can gradually go deeper with my arms and elbows carefully positioned to give sustaining weight into those areas. I create my own custom massage cream and also love my favorite massage cream for those who need an extra dose of relaxation.
Remember, this is your time to relax. Stress can build up and cause many issues, such as chronic pain, illness, and disease. When you receive a massage from a skilled therapist, you can manage stress, boost your mood, and reduce physical pain. Your time is intentionally cushioned between other appointments. You are a special client and this is your healing oasis. We can chat before your massage to discuss what you need and make sure you get the best treatment. You will be pleased to know that we do not need to talk during the massage so you can fully relax into the whole experience…Shhh. Unless you need to vent and that helps you relax.
